Please read this document carefully before using reno14's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated below. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the reno14 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on reno14. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. reno14 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and may request supporting documents where necessary.

- Accurate date of birth (must be 18 years of age or older)
- An active email address owned by the user
- A valid Malaysian phone number
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. reno14 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account information.
- Do not share your password with anyone
- Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices
- Contact support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform
Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules
Reno14 users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable local laws. Users are not permitted to:
- Using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or sabotage the platform's systems and infrastructure
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or set limits
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without written authorisation
- Providing misleading or false information when dealing with the support team
- Attempt to transfer funds between different user accounts without reno14's approval
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and reno14 reserves the right to withhold account balances associated with unlawful activity pending an internal investigation.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the reno14 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details registered are accurate and held in their own name. reno14 does not accept payments or withdrawals to third parties.
Successful deposits are typically credited to your gaming account within minutes, depending on the payment method selected. For withdrawals, reno14 will process requests within the stipulated timeframe once identity verification and terms compliance have been completed.

- Serious breach of the terms of use
- Requests from authorised regulatory authorities
- Account inactivity exceeding the stipulated period
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, logos, graphics, text, interfaces, and software on the reno14 platform are the exclusive property of reno14 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any platform assets without prior written authorisation.
The reno14 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. reno14 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users are advised to review the terms and policies of any external website separately before engaging with them.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
